GRIT - brings to you over a decade of professional experience as a Physical Training Instructor in the Australian Defence Forces (ADF) and well over two decades of experience in a variety of sporting applications. ‘Grylls’ the physical and motivational trainer behind GRIT has been involved with sport at an elite level and has trained some of the fittest men and women both domestically in the ADF and Internationally, with the United States defence forces whilst on operations.
