The Griffith Film School Facebook page exists to provide information on Griffith Film School initiatives, events, programs and news. It is used as an important tool for us to actively engage with the community, serving as a place for discussion, enquiries and an active exchange of ideas. Operating our Facebook page
The Griffith Film School Facebook page is maintained by the Queensland College of Art (QCA) and Griffith Film School Web Publishing Team.

We welcome the sharing of comments, enquiries and other forms of discussion from future students, current students, alumni, staff and friends of Griffith University - this includes the posting of photos, videos and links to third party sites. We encourage our students to embrace the Griffith University Student Charter when posting on the site, and do not permit messages selling products or promoting commercial ventures.


Moderating our Facebook page
We welcome your comments and do not discriminate against any views. We encourage you to discuss and share opinions with others and Griffith Film School via our Facebook page.

In order to ensure our page is friendly and welcoming for all visitors, we do moderate where needed. We ask that when contributing your views to Griffith Film School’s Facebook page, you ensure that you:

• do not harass, abuse or threaten other users
• do not post comments that are likely to be considered offensive, prejudiced, or otherwise inappropriate, particularly in reference to an individual’s race, age, gender, sexuality, political leaning, religion or disability
• do not use obscene or offensive language
• do not post repeat comments continuously
• do not post comments or links that could be considered spam, such as commercial interests, solicitations, advertisements or endorsements of any non-governmental agency
• do protect your personal privacy by not including email addresses, phone numbers or home addresses on the public page.
• do share topics, comments and information that might benefit members of our community.

Griffith Film School reserves the right to delete off-topic or abusive comments, and to ban users from posting to the page. We may remove comments and take the discussion 'offline' or into a private channel if we believe that the content is personal in nature, or is affecting the enjoyment of the page for other visitors.

Posted comments do not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Griffith University. All content and posts are bound by Facebook’s Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. Facebook encourages users to use its “Report” links when they find abusive content.
