Aikido is a non-violent, defensive martial art for men, women and children. From this training you can take control and defend yourself against aggressive behaviour towards you no matter what size or strength you are. The ultimate is to blend with the oncoming force and find a resolution that does not impact on the wellbeing of yourself or the aggressor. Aikido is a fun and dynamic practice which builds strength, confidence, coordination and self-discipline.
Griffin Aikido founder, Sensei Rob Griffin is a highly qualified and experienced instructor. He holds a 5th dan black belt from the Institute of Aikido Australia and holds 25 years of experience in physical movement training and instruction.
