The Golden Knights martial arts group is one of South Australia's oldest and most established martial arts groups. Our highly trained and experienced instructors have been teaching freestyle karate in Adelaide since 1979.

Our popularity can be attributed to our modern and practical teaching of martial arts for self defence. Freestyle Karate is a fun way to keep fit for people of all ages and abilities. We have black belts in our class ranging from 10 to 70 years old, and of every possible shape and size....there is no excuse !

Along with a comprehensive blend of techniques from boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, mma, judo and jui jutsu and many others, we also use an extensive range of weaponry, such as the sword, nunchuku, knives, and various lengths of wooden stick. We also conduct some of our classes dedicated to other weaponry styles such as Kendo, Iado, and Bojitsu.

We offer evening classes for both kids and adults, in Modbury Heights and St. Agnes so come along and enjoy your first two classes for FREE !
