Craniofascial therapy > This treatment uses pressure and traction techniques to work with the client’s cranial rhythm to restore mobility and function of connective tissues.

Onsen technique > A system of assessing structural and functional imbalances that is particularly useful for hip, back, neck and sciatic nerve problems.

NST (Neuro-Structural Integration Technique) > An advanced interpretation of Bowen therapy that initiates a process of natural auto-regulation in the spinal column and consequently throughout the whole body.

Myofascial release > A systematic release of fascia throughout the body which unlocks tight or impinged fibres/muscles and improves movement.

Myofascial dry needling > This method treats myofascial trigger points throughout the body to release tension. It's also excellent for muscle, ligament and tendon strains, sprains and tears, as it helps to increase the healing potential of the body in these areas. This treatment is highly beneficial and not at all painful.

Akupunkt massage > A German method of treating the meridian system to promote health.
