Welcome to your own top floor fully furnished/serviced 3 bedroom apartment, 10 min from Perth CBD. available for short and medium rental.
Your Space:
3 rooms each with Queen beds (150 per night for master bedroom and apartment. $75 per night per person thereafter.
Double fold out bed is also available in games room ($50 per night). Can sleep a total of 8.
Portable baby cot, high chair, baby bath, passage barrier (for top and bottom of stairs).
There is a separate bathroom/shower, separate toilet. Large games/tv room and off that a balcony with your own barbeque. Tables and chairs.
Downstairs access to below-ground salt water heated pool and alfresco kitchen.
The upstairs kitchenette includes, microwave, small electric own (grill/rotisserie) filtered water for drinking, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, pantry cupboard, crockery and cutlery.

We are 10 min from CBD, Perth Crown Casino, 15 min from Fremantle and surrounding beaches, 1 min from bus stop, 5 min train station. Walking distance to Canning and Swan Rivers which have beautiful bike or walking trails.
Walking distance to numerous restaurants (chinese, Italian, Nepalese, thai, indian etc) and Raffles Hotel.
20 min walk to Garden City Shopping Complex which comprises of banks, cinemas, food hall, bus station and numerous shops.
Airport pick-up and drop off available for small charge.

We are a friendly couple with three grown children no longer living at home. We have two very friendly small dogs and a friendly (but never at home) cat.
