My philosophy as a Fitness trainer is to bring out your best with Inspiration, Motivation and Education.

Fitness is a mind body and soul experience to enhance and enrich your life, while working on strength, flexibility and endurance. You will feel stronger more confident, empowered and healthier.

I believe nutrition also plays an important part, also in my personal life. Nutrition was part of my studies and has given me greater understanding of the relationship between food and exercise.

EATING BETTER MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER.

When I train I also want too have fun. Mix up your routine to keep your muscles guessing and keep yourself from getting bored.

I am dedicated, committed and there just isn't any substitute for hard work.

After all the years I dedicated to my own personal achievements, the progression to become a personal trainer was very natural.

I have 7+ years of experience on fitness training and my clientele is very broad based. I have worked with beginners with very little or no background in fitness, as well as advanced, clients with special needs and/or different types of injuries.

I enjoy working with all levels of fitness, and skill.

I love what I do, helping my clients to get their goals in place and execute a plan to discover the healthier, better, happier you.

Health and fitness is a lifestyle, it's something you do everyday, whether you feel like it or not - just like brushing your teeth.
