A workplace wellness program can range from a short health-related seminar (half an hour to half a day), an exercise and stretch program suitable for the workplace, health testing and assessment, checking and correcting workstation positioning to reduce repetitive strain injuries, through to individual health consultations for staff members.

Programs can be run weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly. Or you can choose a one-off seminar.
