WHY HERBAL TEA?

Herbal teas are a great and gentler introduction to herbal medicines.

Herbal teas are an easy and cost effective way of adding something in each day that will help to improve or maintain your health.

The health benefits of herbal tea varies between teas, being determined by the herbs chosen for a particular blend.

WHY MY HERBAL BLENDS?
I focused on finding the balance between taste and therapeutics.

I’ve loved creating these teas, I have had so much fun using what I have learnt to develop these blends.

I have kept my blends fairly simple, keeping the number of herbs in each blend to a minimum so that you get the maximum benefit from each herb.

(I believe that too many herbs in one blend, while it might taste ok is not beneficial. How much of each herb are you really getting in one teaspoon of dried herbs when there are 10 or more different herbs in it?)
