Francis Fudge is a home based business which begun in October, 2011 as a small stall selling 2 flavours, Caramel and Chocolate at a local market in Cobar, NSW.

The following month, Francis Fudge started selling in local food produce stores and shortly after, gaining popularity in cafe's, restaurants and other local stores around Cobar and Grafton, NSW

Since moving south to Tocumwal, NSW, Francis Fudge has been able to reach even more people via the local community.

The internet proved to be a big help in allowing people interstate to order and even overseas essentially posting express through Australia Post from Perth across to New Zealand.

This year Francis Fudge will be selling as wedding favors. With many flavours, made to order and personally designed, they are a big hit with any wedding theme.

Francis Fudge has been proud to be apart of the Cancer Council's "Biggest Morning Tea" events held in Brisbane donating gift certificates and delicious fudge. We continue to be happy to support any other community initiative or charitable organization upon request.
