108 Kids Kicking: 7-13yrs Tue, Thurs
4.30pm-5.15pm.

Morning Classes - Phone to confirm with Brenden: Mon,Wed,Fri & Sat 9am-10am

Beginner to advance classes from 6pm-7pm. Mon-Fri

108 Fitness women's only: 7pm Tue & Thurs
108 Fitness 6am Tue & Thursi

MMA - Mon & Wed 7pm

Boxing - Mon -Fri 4pm

We cater for the beginner through to the advanced professional fighter.

Fighters-Invite only 5-7pm.

I treat my gym as my second family, and everyone is welcome - NO EGO allowed. Great place to have fun, be fit - and around positive people.
