Fit Mums and Bumps specialises in one on one or small group fitness classes for pregnant and postnatal women. We ensure safe, enjoyable sessions with pelvic floor safe options available for new mums. All fitness levels are catered for and you are welcome to bring your babies and toddlers. Bring your pram or a mat and exercise with your child not far away without the headache of finding childcare. I encourage interaction with your little one during the class.

Parent groups, indoor and outdoor sessions or train in your own home whilst bubs is sleeping, the choice is yours! Fit Mums and Bumps has a very flexible timetable so we can work with your schedule to find a time that suits you and your family. Do something for yourself to get your fitness back safely.
