Course booklet, all training materials and an attractive Certificate of Attendance. Most importantly you will gain priceless knowledge of how to handle pet emergencies.
The course cover's up to date first aid techniques and disease events and includes:

- Determining and categorising emergencies and course of action required.
- Treating / managing cuts, bites, broken bones, bleeding, breathing issues, poisonings, heat issues, eye & ear trauma, skin issues, bruising, dilatation, bone breaks, falls, choking, and more
- Transportation techniques
- CPR
- Communicating with owners (pet industry workers)
- First aid kit
Over all a fun interactive day that every pet owner and/or pet industry worker would benefit.
