Hi I'm Noni,

If you are a Thermal machine enthusiasts or a new owner, my goal is to help you use your machine every damn day, to live a healthy balanced lifestyle and feel confident in your skin.

I have been a Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist since 2009. My love for nutrition and cooking lead me to become a Thermomix ® consultant in 2013. In mid-2016 I realised there was a way I could help support Thermomix ® owners and enhance the way they use their machine.

I took my knowledge and study in Nutrition, Weight Loss, and Personal Training and combined them with my extensive knowledge of the Thermomix ® to create THERMOfit and the 'Lighten-Up' Healthy Lifestyle Challenge.

Imagine the balanced lifestyle you would lead if you had a Weight Loss Coach, Personal Trainer, and Thermo Consultant with you at home. Well, the THERMOfit 'Lighten Up' Challenge gives you just that.

My meal plans, shopping lists, and thermal machine recipes take the guess work out of healthy eating.
My at home workouts can be done anywhere in less than 30mins. If you don't like exercising alone, then you can workout with me in my videos.
I share my years of knowledge on nutrition, the thermal machine, and weight loss with you through educational videos, tips, and live Q&A sessions.
