Feel Young Fitness is a local initiative focusing on improving the health and well being of members of the South Western Sydney community through exercise and movement fitness.

Providing a full range of Personal Training and Group Fitness services for all ages and fitness levels, you can get a fantastic workout and crazy sweat/burn without having to lose your lunch to satisfy a PT's ego.

The Personal Trainer:

After graduating as a Master Trainer from the renowned Australian Institute of Fitness in 2013, Vu was awarded the prestigious Institute "CHAMPION" award by the staff and coaches for academic and practical excellence in Personal Training.

Vu is committed to delivering clients their desired results in a way that is fun, educating, and long term maintainable. His prior life experience of 15 years in various industries such as Business Management, IT, Education, means he understands people from all walks of life and has a much more structured and adaptive approach than PT's who have only been in the fitness industry.

SERVICES

Personal Training (PT)/Mobile PT:

Clients have the option to train at either FIT N FAST Liverpool for a 1 on 1 session as our PT is a licensed trainer with the gym (requires your own membership), or train with the PT at a private gym studio in Liverpool if you don't like crowds or to save joining a gym. Alternatively you can organise for the personal trainer to come to you (subject to availability) as we offer a mobile PT option.


Group Fitness

Sessions are conducted at our gym studio in Liverpool with the following times daily and are restricted to maximum class sizes of 8 people to ensure the trainer gives each person the appropriate attention needed:

9:45am - 10:45am
1:00pm - 2:00pm
4:00pm - 5:00pm
7:00pm - 8:00pm
