I have been cake decorating for over 5 years now, I absolutely love it. My skills have taken me internationally. I have won many awards in The Tasmanian Baking Industry Annual Competition, I also won The 2011 National Baking Industry Scholarship Award, my prize being a scholarship to Paris where I was able to further my knowledge in the industry. This is by far my highest achievement, first place out of the whole of Australia! It is so rewarding hearing the feedback and making a client's occasion unforgettable. I can deliver statewide (fees apply outside the Shearwater / Port Sorell area.)
