Hi my name is Jo Cochrane.

I am 32 years old. I am a qualified Chef and Personal Trainer also undergoing a Diploma in Professional Counselling.

I used to weigh 126.6kgs at my heaviest!! I have lost around 53kgs to date.

I was an overweight person from a very early age, maybe 3 or so onwards. I have tried every diet known to man and I never kept the weight off. I would lose 30kgs and gain it all back, lose 15 kgs and gain 40kgs. The cycle never ended. I tried easy slim, weight watchers, lite and easy, JC, the soup diet, herbalife etc etc etc.... one day I said ya know what? I know what foods I need to eat and I know I am eating too much... how about I make my own diet up? I am a Chef so why not right? So I did....this worked!!! For a while.... until I gave up on myself, until it all got really hard and I once again bailed on myself.
I put on weight again and a few years down the track found myself in the same miserable position I was always in in life. I found an online program that suited me and really helped me get to the bottom of simply why I was fat and unhappy. It then became clear to me that I didn't have to just change my nutrition....I had to change my thoughts! My MINDSET was everything! I was given tools to help me break through barriers and wake up to my own excuses... excuses I made time and time again for my entire life.
Was this an easy thing to overcome? Hell NO! BUT is it worth it?? YES YES YES!!! My life is completely different.
At first its scary...
At first it looks like the biggest pile of shit you have to dig yourself out of...
At first you want to run back into your closet of comfort so you don't have to go through pain..
Your head tells you to stop stop stop....
You WILL come up with every excuse to not follow through once again
BUT.....
This time you have ME! I can help you breakdown those thoughts and those barriers and help you ride those emotions and teach you how to combat all the excuses you are going to come up with for yourself and more than likely to me.
