Hypnobirthing is about approaching your birth in a calm and educated way. Birth is a joyful occassion and this course is designed to teach you how to be present, relaxed and comfortable in your birthing experience no matter which way your birthing journey goes.

Empowered Pregnancy and birth wants to give you the tools to have an amazing birth experience no matter which choices you make. Be EMPOWERED by your choices and birth with CONFIDENCE.

This course is for everyone, if it's your first birth or your fifth! Homebirth or hospital birth, it makes no difference, everyone can benefit from Hypnobirthing.
We recommend commencing classes between 25 - 30 weeks to allow plenty of time to practice, If you're over 30 weeks, we can still get you started!
