Hi my name is Matthew Silk. Since 2001, I have had the pleasure of training people of all fitness levels, ages, shapes, sizes and abilities.

I run my business from a couple of locations Kilsyth, Croydon and Croydon Hills.

From my studio in Kilsyth I run personal training sessions.
