At the East Coast Taekwondo Academy we teach advanced kicking and punching techniques including jumping, spinning, blocking, break-falling, sparring tactics, self defence and many other specific techniques. Many of these are incorporated into pre-arranged movements that will teach the student an understanding of body strength and weaknesses.

Students who can accomplish a good understanding of all aspects of Taekwondo, including the philosophy of the art, will reach a high level of self-improvement and confidence.
