The at fault person/s or person/s insurer is obligated by law to bear the costs for a ‘like for like’ replacement vehicle, with any multiple vehicle accident.
So in short you can cruise along Easy St for the duration of your vehicle repairs, or until you receive your total loss settlement.
We provide people with a similar vehicle to their own when they have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, and they are not at fault, with minimal fuss and no inconvenience. We deliver the vehicle to their smash repairer, their home or their workplace. At fault people can obtain a rental vehicle from us at a very competitive rate. If a client has taken ‘Hire car’ option on their car insurance policy, we can provide them with a vehicle and charge their insurer.

Six easy steps to ‘Easy Street’
1 Call us or complete an application form online.
2 You will be advised when claim approved.
3 Book your vehicle in with your repairer (if required).
4 We deliver the vehicle to you.
5 Advise us when your vehicle has completed repairs, or if you receive an offer of settlement from the insurer (if your car is a total loss or you are cash settling for repairs).
6 We will organise to collect the vehicle from you.
