I have returned home to Tasmania, after spending the last 8 years on the Gold Coast studying natural, ancient medicine, and martial and healing physical arts.

I was schooled at Massage Schools of Queensland, completing Certificate IV Massage Therapy Practice, and a Diploma in Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies under my Sifu Marc Webster, an acupuncture Master.

I have been educated on health and fitness in ancient methods that stem from the mists of China's history, that not only focuses on growing the muscles and burn fat, but also promotes breathing education, flexibility improvement and cultivates a clear and open mind, and harmonizes the emotions.

My knowledge of anatomy and physiology is extended into the energetic system known to the world through Ancient China's thousand plus year old and ongoing study of the human existence. I use the Five Element system to diagnose disharmony in the body, and this is used to prescribe massage, herbs, and qigong forms, which can help to improve your internal organs, digestive, respiratory, circulative and endocrine system abilities, and relieve insomnia, lethargy, stiffness, pain, headaches, joint aches, coughs and colds, etc

It is my personal goal to educate the Western exercise world on the properties of Eastern human movement philosophy, improve health, wellbeing and longevity in the community, as well as promote the amazing world of natural therapies
