The architect designed contemporary accommodation is sunny and breezy with louvre windows catching the sea breeze, a ceiling fan for when it's hot and a discreet electric panel heater for the 2-3 months of the year that it is cool. The room is separated by the main house via a breezeway and is accessed by its own entry.

All organic cotton sheets and towels are supplied as are guest amenities, organic soaps, organic shampoo & conditioner, tea and coffee (Nespresso machine), mini bar fridge, crockery, cutlery, free wi-fi connection, writing desk, iPod docking station with Bose speakers.

The property is located in a residential street in the old part of Valla Beach and is part of a new contemporary home. It has on-street parking and just a few steps to two lovely lookouts over the coastline heading towards Coffs Harbour to the north and Nambucca Heads and South West Rocks to the south. Direct access to the beach is located at the rear of the property via a bushland track. There is an outdoor shower for use after a swim or surf.
