Chiropractor for 2006 Commonwealth Games
Experienced with all patient types including children

Dr. Lillie Lines is a passionate chiropractor enthusiastic about all aspects of natural healing and working with her patients towards achieving optimal health and wellbeing.

Chiropractic began for Dr. Lillie following a severe car accident in her early 20’s. After visiting many other allied health professionals Dr Lillie finally found relief from pain after undergoing chiropractic care. This enlightening experience led Dr Lillie on the long journey to become a doctor of chiropractic with the intentions of providing a better option for health care than the usual medical model.

Her interest in complimentary medicine and indeed her philosophy is based upon the scientific premise that the body regulates and heals itself optimally when no interference between the brain and the rest of the body is present. This interference can arise from vertebrae that misalign in the spine and affect the normal function of the spine and the associated nerves in the area.

Dr Lillie brings a high level of experience to ReMed: she graduated with honours from the prestigious RMIT University Chiropractic program, where she completed a three-year bachelor degree in health science (complimentary medicine) and a two-year Masters in Chiropractic. In conjunction Dr Lillie has also completed a three-year Myotherapy Degree where she had the opportunity to treat the athletes from the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games.

Dr. Lillie is skilled in a variety of treatment types, allowing her to tailor a unique approach to each patient’s specific needs. This may include applying gentle, yet effective techniques including; Diversified, Gonstead, Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT), Dry Needling and Soft Tissue therapies, or focusing on manual, low force adjustments. These varied types of care are suited and effective for all age groups, including children.

Dr Lillie also works in the field of sports injuries, rehabilitation, mobilization and advice, and has worked with many sporting teams over the years including treating elite athletes for the Melbourne Commonwealth Games. As a practitioner she is young, bright and fully committed to treating all patients with the highest care and respect.
