Down Syndrome....a little eXtra.

The Down Syndrome Association of the Northern Territory (DSANT) offers support and information to families and service providers interested in Down syndrome. DSANT provides access to the latest research and resources available on Down syndrome through newsletters, books, educational resources, medical research and DVDs. DSANT is a not-for profit organisation which promotes awareness in the Community. DSANT promotes positive inclusion of people with Down syndrome through family support, child care centres, schools, social and sporting clubs and workplace opportunities. DSANT also offer specific programmes to schools including computer assisted learning lessons to students and training for staff and other service professionals e.g. disability support services, hospitals and community organisations.
