Influenced by greats such as Billy Joel, Elton John and Sting, Denis combines classical and jazz foundations with 20 years of experience performing in local rock bands. The result is a wide-ranging and dynamic mix of timeless tunes that everybody will know and love.
This soulful piano man plays and sings from a huge repertoire featuring classic piano songs and impressive pianistic versions of other iconic songs. From the Beatles to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Crowded House to Cee Lo Jones, Ray Charles to Gotye, this entertaining performer leaves no stone unturned.
Denis is a strong solo performer who also enjoys collaborating with other great musicians. For over ten years Denis has been teaming up with Daniel Faraonio on guitar and vocals in Evergreen; and Supertonic is a new 4-piece band featuring the guys from Slyde.
Denis teaches piano at several primary and secondary schools in Adelaide and also offers private tuition.
