Dawson House is located within minutes walk to Waratah Village, a diverse and comprehensive shopping centre. Other local shops, restaurants and amenities are also only a short walk, including a bulk billing Doctors Surgery. Waratah train station is also only within 800 metres.

Dawson House is configured with three separate buildings.
Building 1 can accommodate 6 students, whilst buildings 2 and 3 can each accommodate 10 students.

All buildings have a modern and well-equipped kitchen, including all cooking appliances, stove, oven, microwave and accessories.

All buildings have two common living areas and a meals area, with comfortable modern furnishings and a large HD LED TV and DVD/Blu ray player.

Each building has an internal laundry, with outdoor drying areas. There are onsite bicycle and motorcycle parking areas and communal outdoor areas with BBQ facilities. Fortnightly cleaning of all common areas.
