Dealing with an ongoing shoulder injury prompted me to join my local gym in 2013. Since then, through my personal trainer and physiotherapists I have learned a lot about recovering from an injury and physical fitness. I would now like to pass on my knowledge to others who may be struggling with injury recovery and physical fitness. Through my life I have dealt with anorexia, obesity, knee injury, spinal injury, and shoulder injuries. I have found a balance in fitness and I hope I can assist others to find that balance and realise they don't need to suffer. Training with www.fitcollege.edu.au has given me the opportunity fulfil my goals in fitness.
