Principal physiotherapist Shena Dale is passionate about helping runners of all levels to achieve their personal best, stay injury free and get the most out of their running. She has competed extensively in marathons and in triathlon, including winning her age group in New Zealand Ironman 2004 and finishing 15th in her age group in the Hawaii Ironman World Championships later that year.
