G’day! I'm James. I am a jack of all trades who through a love of food, has developed a passion for fresh, healthy, old fashioned burgers. Simple food is best for me especially that which can be enjoyed with a cold beer and good company, and good tunes!

My obsession with burgers started back in 2008 when I nearly bought a franchise, but a little voice told me not to! Thank goodness! There is a true delight that comes from eating something made with passion. DA’Burger® is DA'licious…Simple! Each DA'Burger® features fresh local produce and our burgers are built out, not up... so you can still pick ‘em up and eat ‘em. They are just DA'Licious…..Simple really….also DA'Burger® would not have been possible without the trust, love and respect of my wife Wendy and one of my best mates Jason!
