Cushie Tushies - Mimosa 2.5

I am a Mum of 8 kids 13,11,7,6,5,3,20 months old and 5 months old. I started cloth the old fashioned way of terry towelling but very soon gave it up the demand on a newborn was enough as a first time mum to have to also worry about soaking, folding, washing, ironing, if only i had known about the Modern cloth nappy then i would have saved heaps not to mention done my little bit for mother nature. My first experience began at a baby expo pregnant with my 8th and having 2 already in nappies i knew i wasn't going to be able to afford disposables at that rate. I looked at all the Modern cloth nappies and found Cushies to be the easiest to use and the one-size-fits-all was an added bonus. The fabric and and patterns drew me in also so much easier on the eyes then plain old disposable!
Well 6 months in and i was hooked and yes people called me crazy and how on earth i was going to manage washing and all the rest with 8 kids, boy did i prove them all wrong. There was no need for soaking or ironing or folding being a cloth nappy that was shaped like a disposable made that easy enough and having to simply throw on an extra load wasn't even a blink of the eye, the additional bamboo liners used to collect the poo which you could then flush down a toilet meant no more stinky bins and so much easier when it came to washing up.
I Decided pretty quickly i wanted to be a NAPPY WHISPERER and spread the CUSHIE LOVE so i joined as a consultant. I made a positive change for my kids, my pocket and the environment and am only to happy to share and introduce the modern cloth nappy to all thinking of taking this step whether it be for environmental reasons or money.
