Established in 2009, Crossfit Arena is a 100% purpose built Crossfit training facility and licensed affiliate of Crossfit Inc., and one of the leading Crossfit boxes located in the south of Brisbane.

Being a licensed affiliate means that we are formally committed to achieving excellence in fitness training using the CrossFit method. We have 260 square metres of space, 30m of pullup bars, olympic lifting platforms, bars, bumpers, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbells, rings and many other CrossFit toys! The environment and atmosphere is unique. We have chalk, we make noise, we know everyone by name, we sweat, we strain, we laugh and we train hard. It is a great place to be!

OUR TRAINERS

We have an awesome team of trainers that specialise in coaching CrossFit. Our Coaches are dedicated CrossFitters and specialise in coaching the CrossFit method, utilising the necessary skills and experience required to effectively teach Crossfit in a group environment.

Head coach and owner of Crossfit Arena, Jarrod Bowe, is a Masters competitor in Crossfit, and finished 17th overall in his age group of 40-44 at the 2014 Crossfit Games held in California, USA.

Crossfire Arena's coaches are committed to giving you the highest standard of Coaching, to ensure you continuously improve and be the best CrossFitter you can be!

We believe that CrossFit coaching is very different to Personal Training or Bootcamp, so we only employ trainers that are dedicated to the CrossFit method, and that have the necessary skills and experience to effectively coach CrossFit in a group environment. Importantly, we believe that CrossFit trainers should lead by example. Our trainers are seasoned CrossFitters and are expected to “walk the walk”.

The Arena is situated on the corner of Herbert Street and Unit 1/50 Randall Street, Slacks Creek 4127, just off Moss Street and in the hub of Springwood, in Brisbane's south.
