Follow us as we turn our poultry breeding hobby into a business.

When open for business, we will be selling fertile eggs, chicks, pullets, and adults birds (both egg/meat and ornamental breeds) as well as free range chicken and duck eggs.

Too often poultry are mistreated, kept in poor conditions, or just treated like "stupid" animals, and some of what gets away with being called free-range is appalling. Whether keeping poultry for eggs, meat, breeding or poultry shows, they deserve a great life no matter their purpose.

That's why at Cosy Creek, we plan on keeping our operation small scale so that our birds can be hand reared and loved like pets, no matter their eventual fate. The result is happy, healthy, and human friendly free range poultry, and we aim to eventually be selling these to the public, along with quality free range eggs.

Our flock currently stands at:
-A silver-laced Wyandotte Rooster and Hen
-A Silkie Rooster and Hen
-A Khaki Campbell X hen who thinks she's a chook plus a very cute pure Khaki Campbell duckling.
-19 Wyandotte Chicks and Pullets
-4 Silkie Pullets
-A Belgian Bantam pullet
-A Cochin pullet
-and a newly hatched batch of 12 Pekin Bantam x Frizzle chicks

We plan to expand into Khaki Campbell and Indian Runner ducks, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese as well as other bantam varieties in the near future. Maybe even peacocks!

We also currently care for injured and orphaned wildlife and are happy to take calls 24hrs a day if needed. Donations of blankets, boxes, heat lamps and mats etc. are much appreciated.
