Tatum has been working in the beauty industry and spray tanning for 4 years, she is currently in the process of completing her Diploma in Beauty Therapy. Tatum is also a qualified personal trainer.

Selina has worked in the Health & Fitness Industry for 15 years starting the first female bootcamp many years ago calling GI-Janes Bootcamp, which featured on the 9am show with Kristy Matlhouse. Selina also opened the first Boxing & Fitness weightloss centres throughout Melbourne "BoxingFit". Selina has done weightloss coaching for hundreds of people over the years including Diana Prasak, Di did weightloss coaching and personal training with Selina at BoxingFit for many years and now resides in the USA fighting under the famous Million Dollar Baby Lucia Rijker..
