COOPER SCREEN ACADEMY 4.08

Cooper Screen Academy is an award winning Hobart business providing fun and informative, professional acting training for kids to adults. Our classes and workshops provide the ideal introduction to acting for the screen, and our strong industry links have seen our students audition for lead and supporting roles in top film and TV productions including Pirates of the Caribbean, Tomorrow When the War Began, Hacksaw Ridge, Brock, Home and Away, Neighbours, Wentworth, Dance Academy-The Movie, and many more. Our new CSA Listings have seen over 150 castings of our students in film and TV in 2016 alone, including local TV commercials and roles in ABC's Rosehaven, and the award winning Foxtel/BBC production The Kettering Incident.

As well as reaching out to the industry CSA is committed to creating opportunities for Tasmanian talent, and in 2016 custom wrote 7 films for all 180 students. The films were viewed at Village Cinemas in 2016, and will be launched online on our CSA Youtube channel and Facebook page.
