Asana (postures) – Explore alignment, strength, stability and comfort in the practise of traditional yoga postures. Postures are modified and varied to suit all body types and ability levels.
Pranayama- this amazing tool of breath control is our link between our outer and inner worlds
Meditation- slowing the mind, developing alertness and awareness.
