Based out of our personal fitness studio in Eversley, England. We offer a tailored training service. All shapes, sizes and ages are welcome. We are not a gym, there are no rows of treadmills or fixed weight machines. We use only the kit which we know is effective at getting people fit, lean & strong. You won't waste hours in here pounding away on a machine, every second of your time will be focused on achieving your goals. Lets get fitter!
