Compete FC is passionate about Australian Rules Football, passionate about the benefits of personal and small group training and passionate about helping people reach their goals. Through quality training and teaching, Compete FC will improve you as an individual and improve you as a team.

Sessions range from one on one, small groups or larger footy bootcamp sessions. They are highly specialised based on functional footy training and game sense activities.

Sessions are held week days arvos, evenings and weekends.
