Starting up Commercial Property Specialists Pty Ltd in 1999, Matthew McHardy chased his dream of owning his own business and creating his own path. In 2001, Commercial Property Specialists Pty Ltd had less than 5 staff and was based in a small office in Kitchener Pde, Bankstown. Within another year, the offices were relocated to the StGeorge Bank Building in Bankstown.
