Clifton Community Health Services is a community owned not for profit health services organisation that runs a small rural private hospital, bulk-billing medical practice, nursing home, hostel, and independent living villas. Established in 1949, we recently opened our new diversional therapy building and multimillion dollar medical practice to meet the expanding needs of healthcare into the future.

Coming soon is the construction of our 12 bed Memory Support Household.
