Once I have graduated from FIT college I hope to help over weight people achieve their lifestyle goals by teaching them functional exercise movements that they can use in everyday life as well as teach them how to cook nutritious, easy to prepare meals.
I am a qualified chef, and I love to teach people how to cook simple yet healthy meals. I also have 15 years martial arts training in which i gained my 1st degree black belt. I also have experience in boxing as well as CrossFit.
