City of Launceston RSL Band 2.36

The City of Launceston RSL Band is a not for profit community brass band based in Launceston Tasmania & Official Band for the Launceston City Council.

We are always seeking new brass and percussion players and actively encourage those who have never played in a brass band to come along and sit in to try it out.

Steven English leads this strong B Grade community band. The band holds regular concerts throughout the year and performs at many local community events & LCC functions. It regularly takes part in State Band Championships and, in 2017, will be competing at the National Band Championship, which will be held in Launceston.
