I have had the honour of training 2000 over employees in various industries; market research; electronics; banks; freight forwarding; civil service; public. Also the privilege of journeying alongside hundreds executives of all levels on a one to one basis through their career transitions.

Several decades ago, while sitting under a gigantic durian tree in tropical Singapore, alongside my cousins, I proclaimed, "I shall be a Police Officer!"

A few years later, beside my father's hospital bed, I loudly declared, "I shall be a banker!"

Years past, in a classroom amongst fellow classmates, I wrote on pieces of paper, my ambition to be a counsellor.

Some more years flew by, I told my interviewer, "I want to teach in a third world country."

All these, I have done and more. That is, except for a Banker, however, I have advised several bankers on their vocation strategies.

As the years pass by I have enjoyed the journey of exploring my callings and desires. From private industry to civil service, from being employed to be self-employed to managing departments, to running my own business. The road had been bumpy and undulating, however there are great satisfaction. My life has been one of great adventures, steep learning curves and tremendous growth.
