Choose life is about getting fit in a fun and kiddie friendly way. No contract, pay as you go. Wednesday morning from 9am make sure you allow a good hour for the session this way you can enjoy it better.
So who am i?? i completed 14 years in the British Army but am not running a boot camp here, i want to encourage you to exercise am wanting you to go away and feel your body hurting but your head saying 'that was great lets go back next week" i want to put fun into working out and answer any questions you have. I have a month left training to be a Master Trainer and am happy to do one on ones and any ideas you may have.
I do plan to do two morning at week and will hopefully even get a kiddies circuit training going depending on how many will be interested. Am easy going but will make you work hard so bring the kiddies down there is no excuse now. Look forward to meeting you all any questions drop me a line. Lets keep fitness fun, lets feel the burn :)
