* Firstly We Pre Vacuum, by Pre vacuuming this aids in separateing the fibres of the carpets to ensure more stains/marks are removed.
* Secondly we pre treat any stains or marks
* Thirdly We Clean the carpets using a Dry Cleaning Technique
* Fourthly if there are any persistant stains we use a specialised extraction system to ensure as much as possible of any stains/marks is removed
