CHC at Downer 1.99

CHC at Downer will be a high quality, mixed use redevelopment of the former Downer Primary School site. As well as apartments and townhouses CHC at Downer will include commercial space and a childcare centre. A significant proportion of the development will be housing for older people.

The project is conducted by CHC Affordable Housing. CHC is more than a developer: we are a not-for-profit housing provider with development expertise and experience. Our purpose is to deliver quality housing options for the whole community, including low and moderate income households.

CHC Affordable Housing began its engagement with the Downer community in 2011. We will maintain and strengthen our relationship with the community throughout the design, development application, and construction of CHC at Downer.
