I have been involved in the fitness industry in various roles for almost 6 years with a background in rowing, rugby union, tennis, AFL and olympic weightlifting. As a former soldier in the Australian Defence Force, I bring a no-nonsense approach to training and enjoy training clients who are highly motivated to achieve their own personal goals. I have a particular focus on strength based training as well as sports specific conditioning.
