Single guests to multiple family groups and special interest groups can all be accommodated for at Cedar Lodge Motel in our group facility room, suitable for small groups, sport events, schools and family groups.

‘Near Hospital’ I, like many others, stayed here due to its close proximity to the hospital. Travelling alone from the Uk, visiting the patient for long hours each day.

I flew in from Mackay as he was transferred by flying doctors, I had no where to stay and I asked a friend in the Uk to help me out. The kind receptionist booked my room with credit card and provided me with keysafe details to allow access at any convenient time. this was invaluable - so many hotels wouldn’t allow check in after 8pm. This hotel is minutes drive from the hospital. The rooms are big - mine had a double and two singles so was plenty big enough for me!! Really quiet and very good blackout blinds made for a good nights sleep. the hotel is about 10mins from the airport but really close to a McDonalds, huge new shopping centre and a night owl - pretty perfect supplies!!!!

I only stayed one night but would recommend.
