Welcome to Butterfly's & Dirt


I am based in Esperance WA and offer delivery to locals, but will post to all areas of Australia.

HOW TO PURCHASE/ORDER:

To purchase products, please comment SOLD on relevant photo along with your email address and any required information eg: size, colour etc

PAYMENT:

I will then send an invoice via PayPal to your nominated email address including postage costs. Please note, you DO NOT need a paypal account to pay your invoice. Direct deposit details are included on the invoice, direct deposit preferred. I will endeavour to get all invoices out within 48 hours of commenting, if you do not receive yours within this time frame, please inbox my page or send me an email

POSTAGE:

If your order is under 500g postage is a standard cost of $8.25 for regular or $10.55 for express. Under 3kg $13.40 or Express $14.80. Under 5kg $16.70 or express $23.60 These are all tracking satchels. Teething jewels $2 per item please note these are not a tracking satchel
We also do combined postage

Please make sure your paypal address is correct. If your parcel gets sent back to Butterfly's & Dirt due to the wrong address being provided, you will need to pay for another lot of postage.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/RETURNS

Cancellations/refunds once payment has been made, yes we will cancel/refund. If you have received your item and wish to return it for a refund you are responsible for the postage cost. The item has to be in original condition with tags still attached.

FAULTY GOODS:

A refund will be given upon the return of faulty goods, please contact me first before returning your products.

PRE ORDER ITEMS:
If you are pre ordering, the item needs to be paid in full.
Please take note of the wait time (usually 3 weeks) if your items are Pre Order Items.

STOCK ITEMS:

Our current turn around time is 3 working days from when payment is received. Please note if you pay via direct deposit it usually takes 3 days to clear into my account.
