Hi my name is Brooke. I love to bake and decorate cakes. I have completed 2 courses at Susie Q's in Niddrie, one being a Comprehensive Course in Cake Decorating and the other an advanced Chocolate Course. I have been making cakes for friends and family, and would now like to share my talent with other people. Orders are very welcome at brooke083@bigpond.com . My prices vary depending on size of the cake to the type of decoration and detail involved. I use top quality ingredients, and all of my cakes are made from scratch.
